Job Summary

  • We are looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist who is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing customers for us.
  • The role requires a proven sales background (3-5 years), strong negotiation skills, and the ability to meet sales targets.
  • The specialist will work remotely, targeting the US market during designated working hours (3pm – 12am Nigerian time).

Job Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients in the US market to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct targeted outreach using various communication channels (email, phone calls, social media) to generate leads and establish connections with potential clients.
  • Deliver persuasive and tailored presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the benefits of our services
  • Leverage strong negotiation skills to close sales deals and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.
  • Utilize CRM tools to document client interactions, track leads, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure alignment on customer acquisition strategies and share insights for continuous improvement.
  • Use laptops/tablets and other digital tools efficiently to enhance communication, manage tasks, and deliver results remotely.
  • Actively participate in the onboarding and sales practice period, demonstrating the ability to adapt and meet performance benchmarks for full-time progression.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C) environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in customer acquisition, lead generation, or closing sales is essential.
  • Previous experience working in digital marketing, SaaS, or online services is highly preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections, build relationships, and close deals effectively.
  • Proven ability to identify and target the right customer segments and develop tailored sales pitches that resonate with specific market needs.
  • Sales pipeline management: Experience in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • The candidate must be available to work from 3pm – 12am Nigerian time (equivalent to 9am – 6pm US Central Time), which may include some flexibility for client meetings across time zones.
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability in a remote work setting.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
