- We are seeking to employ a Client Engagement Specialist (Web Optimizer) who will serve as the bridge between our clients and our brand, ensuring every interaction reflects the trust, professionalism, and care Zadesta stands for.

Position Overview
- The Client Engagement Specialist (Web Optimizer) will combine strong client relationship management skills with technical and creative web design expertise.
- This hybrid role is ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and customer-focused professional who is passionate about delivering great online experiences and maintaining meaningful client interactions.
- You will manage client communications, improve user journeys, and maintain a visually appealing, responsive, and high-performing website that supports the companyโs marketing and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via email, WhatsApp, website chat, and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate information regarding our visa services, processes and pricing in a simple, clear and professional manner.
- Handle client data responsibly and in line with Zadestaโs confidentiality and data-protection standards.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they receive all necessary forms, checklists, and updates.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout their visa journey.
- Track client inquiries and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up with potential leads and nurture them through the client engagement funnel.
- Gather and organize testimonials, feedback, and success stories for marketing use.
Website Optimization & Management:
- Maintain, update, and optimize the company website to ensure it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and mobile responsive.
- Design and implement landing pages, forms, and content updates aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Monitor site performance, analytics, and SEO rankings, ensuring fast load times and high visibility on search engines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to keep web content (e.g., service pages, blog posts, client testimonials) current and relevant.
- Identify and fix technical issues or coordinate with developers for more advanced support.
- Use tools like WordPress, Elementor, or Wix to create professional and conversion-focused pages.
- Analyze user experience data to improve website navigation, readability, and engagement.
- Implement basic SEO strategies (keywords, metadata, image optimization) to increase organic reach.
Administrative & Team Support:
- Assist with scheduling virtual consultations and webinars.
- Help coordinate marketing campaigns, referral programs, or client appreciation events.
- Maintain organized digital files for client materials, media content, and communication records.
- Support in any other administrative or creative tasks as required.
Duties do not include:
- Reviewing clientsโ profiles for visa applications.
- Visa or immigration consulting
- Handling legal or immigration representation
- Making final decisions or commitments on client cases or fees
- Travel booking or logistics
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree preferred, but ability and experience matter most.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 1โ3 years of verifiable experience in client engagement or customer relations, and web design.
- Strong proficiency in website builders such as WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or Yoast SEO).
- Proficiency in design and content tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one Nigerian language (Pidgin acceptable).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a visa consulting, travel, or education services environment.
- Background in digital marketing, UX/UI design, or content optimization.
- Thinking out of the box is key.
Working Conditions:
- Remote, shift-based role. Applicants must have a personal computer. Essential tools to support your work will be provided.
- 40 hours per week on a shift-based schedule (coverage may include evenings and weekend days on rotation).
- Occasional virtual meetings or campaign sessions may occur outside normal hours.
