Job Title: Client Relations / Business Development Officer

Job Summary
- The Client Relations/Business Development Officer is responsible for managing relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities.
- This role involves understanding client needs, providing excellent customer service, and identifying ways to grow the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base.
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Sales and Marketing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Participate in sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Track and report on sales performance and business development activities.
Client Retention:
- Develop and implement client retention strategies.
- Conduct regular check-ins and satisfaction surveys with clients.
- Identify and address any issues that may impact client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide clients with updates on new products, services, and company developments.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relations, sales, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
