Job Title: Client Relations Officer
Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Description
- As a Client Relations Officer, you work to build and maintain positive relationships with clients or customers.
- You are responsible for understanding the needs and expectations of clients, communicating effectively with them, resolving any issues or complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serving as the main point of contact between clients and the company
- Creating plans and strategies to address client’s business needs and goals
- Scheduling regular meetings and calls with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the products or services
- Acting as a liaison between clients and other departments, such as Marketing & sales or management
- Providing feedback and suggestions to improve the quality and performance of the products or services
- Helping the sales team to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services
- Monitoring and tracking relevant metrics, such as customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue
- Educating and training staff on customer service best practices and standards.
Qualifications
- Preferred Qualifications: OND – Applicants must have a maximum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND). Applicants with higher qualifications than OND will be rejected outrightly
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 1 – 5 years.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in customer service, relationship management, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to listen, empathize, and understand customer needs and expectations
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the industry and the products or services offered by the company
- Proficiency in the use of computers and phones for communication
- A customer-oriented and results-driven attitude
- Applicants that reside in locations close to our Yaba and Ogba offices will be more preferred.
