We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Communications and Digital Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Digital Presence Development:

  • Work with the Director and staff to develop and maintain the institution’s web and digital presence.
  • Manage digital platforms, including the website, social media, and email newsletters, ensuring engaging and consistent content.

Content Creation:

  • Create compelling written and visual content, including press releases, blogs, and promotional materials.
  • Manage the design and production of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines.

Campaign Management:

  • Develop and implement approved communication strategies to promote the institution’s vision and activities.
  • Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies for greater impact.

Public Relations:

  • Foster relationships with media outlets, partners, and stakeholders to enhance public relations efforts.
  • Support event promotions, including live streaming, video production, and social media coverage.

Digitalisation and Speechwriting:

  • Facilitate hybrid learning and digitalization of training content.
  • Assist in speechwriting as a member of the Speechwriting Team.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management, website administration, and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong visual design skills with experience in graphic design and video editing software.
  • Analytical skills to measure and improve digital campaign performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage diverse audiences.
  • Basic knowledge of politics and governance or a willingness to learn.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Non-partisanship is essential for all staff members.

Salary
N250,000 / Month.
