Position Summary
- We are seeking a Competent Marketer with a strong understanding of modern marketing strategies – both digital and traditional – to help promote our services, drive brand growth, and attract new clients.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Rolasoft’s products and services.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, etc.).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to execute campaigns and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating regular reports with actionable insights.
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as events, partnerships, and community outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and the online community.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of OND / BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in digital marketing, branding, or advertising.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing tools is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, result-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
