Job Overview
- Are you a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Construction Foreman and lead our construction projects to success.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety regulations
- Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Ensure projects meet all building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
- Provide guidance and support to construction workers
Qualifications & Skills
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree / HND / OND qualification
- 3-5 Previous experience in a supervisory role in construction
- Strong understanding of construction procedures and project management
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- First aid and CPR certification
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough understanding of construction processes and methodologies
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Proficiency in construction software and technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
