- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Consultant to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in business strategy, and human resources, with a passion for helping organizations optimize their operations and workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to assess their current business models and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement tailored business structuring solutions that enhance operational efficiency and align with client objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
- Provide expert guidance on HR best practices, including talent management, performance evaluation, and employee engagement.
- Assist clients in developing HR policies and procedures that comply with legal standards and industry benchmarks.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify gaps in HR practices and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
- Partner with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Gather feedback to continuously improve consulting services.
- Lead or participate in consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and optimize resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business consulting, HR management, and recruitment.
- Strong understanding of business structuring principles and HR best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Proficient in HR software and recruitment tools; familiarity with data analysis and reporting is a plus.
Salary
N200,000 monthly.
