Job Description
- The cook will be responsible for preparing delicious and nutritious meals according to menu specifications.
- The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of various culinary techniques.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and workstations.
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate inventory needs.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cookwith certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.).
- Understanding of food safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
