Job Title: Corporate Legal Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Draft a wide variety of legal agreements.
- Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
- Any other corporate legal duties as may be assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Law Degree
- 1-2 years post-NYSC working experience as a Corporate Legal Officer
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to multitask and be proactive
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
