Job Title: Brand / Customer Relations Executive

Location: Benin City, Edo

Reports to: Marketing Manager / Customer Relations Manager

Job Summary

  • The Brand / Customer Relations Executive is responsible for building and maintaining the company’s image and relationships with clients.
  • This role involves creating and implementing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction, and addressing any concerns that may arise.
  • The executive will work closely with marketing and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Retention: Incharge of recruitment and retention of workers in the restaurant.
  • Brand Management: Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies to strengthen the company’s image and increase market presence.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers across various platforms (phone, email, social media, etc.) to resolve issues, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Feedback Management: Gather customer feedback, analyze patterns, and provide recommendations to improve customer experience and brand perception.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that promotes the company’s brand, including newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure all customer interactions reflect the company’s commitment to quality service and brand values.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as the face of the brand, representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Problem Resolution: Quickly address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring that issues are handled efficiently and diplomatically.
  • Market Research: Monitor market trends and customer behaviors, providing insights to improve brand strategies and customer relations.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on brand performance, customer feedback, and overall customer service metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in brand management, customer relations, or customer service.
  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships with customers and clients.
  • Experience in managing customer feedback and resolving customer complaints.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
  • Strong understanding of brand management and marketing strategies.

Salary
N100,000 – N200,000 monthly.
