Job Description
- Making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting products or services
- Generating leads and closing leads
- Handling customer inquires and concerns promptly
- Maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Providing product information and assistance to customers
- Resolving customers issues and complaints effectively
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve sales target
- Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or relations, preferably in a relate estate
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoftware Office Suites
- Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Good selling skills
- Good Negotiation Skills
- Excellent customer relations skills.
