WhoGoHost was founded in 2007 by Opeyemi Awoyemi, then a student of Obafemi Awolowo University, to serve clients of his web design firm ennovateNIGERIA who also needed hosting for their websites. WhoGoHost was then simply a reseller that provided hosting services to customers, allowing them to pay in local currency.

Job Duties
- Execute outbound calls to existing clients for service renewals.
- Identify customer concerns and collaborate with the appropriate team to provide timely and effective solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Collect feedback from clients about their experiences and reasons for non-renewal.
- Educate clients about additional features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Generate and maintain reports on renewal rates, customer satisfaction, and other relevant metrics.
