We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service / Front Desk Officer

Locations: Bonny and Igwuruta, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide product/service information.
  • Resolve issues and escalate complex cases.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions.
  • Collect feedback to improve services.
  • Welcome and assist visitors.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Manage appointments and correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor logs and office organization.
  • Ensure a tidy and professional front desk area.

Requirements

  •  BSc / HND
  • 4 years with proven previous work of experience.

Skills:

  • Strong Communication, Proficiency with office tolls and software, Organizational Skills, and Interpersonal Skills.

 Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
