Job Title: Customer Service / Front Desk Officer
Locations: Bonny and Igwuruta, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide product/service information.
- Resolve issues and escalate complex cases.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Collect feedback to improve services.
- Welcome and assist visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Manage appointments and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor logs and office organization.
- Ensure a tidy and professional front desk area.
Requirements
- BSc / HND
- 4 years with proven previous work of experience.
Skills:
- Strong Communication, Proficiency with office tolls and software, Organizational Skills, and Interpersonal Skills.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
