Job Description
- We are currently seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Interns in our Yaba office, Lagos.
- As a Customer Service Intern, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls to promote and sell our hair care products.
- This role involves explaining product benefits, features, and history to potential customers, influencing them to make a purchase, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls to sell hair care products.
- Explain product benefits, features, and history to customers.
- Influence potential customers to make a purchase through prepared sales talks.
- Deal with and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Handle customer orders, provide solutions, and upsell other products within specified time limits.
- Maintain records of customer orders, funnel process, inventory, and proof of payment with logistics partners.
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Meet daily metrics with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SSCE.
- 0 – 1 year relevant work experience.
- No experience needed; training will be provided.
- Ability to counter customer objections.
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Experience with eCommerce customer service is a plus.
- Independent, self-motivated, and organized.
- Articulate with the ability to quickly develop rapport with customers over the phone.
- Coordinate with delivery agents across various states in Nigeria for timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct follow-up calls to confirm successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
