Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ogba, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
  • The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve complaints by identifying problems and offering effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc./HND in any discipline with 0-2 years experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.

Salary
N95,000 – N120,000 / Month.
