Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the boutique.
- Assist customers with product selection, offering personalized styling advice.
- Drive sales through effective product recommendations and upselling.
- Maintain an updated knowledge of sales promotions, new arrivals, and boutique events.
- Assist with inventory management, including conducting regular stock checks.
- Keep the boutique tidy, dusting and cleaning of shelves.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Business or related fields.
- Requirements: 2 – 3 years in retail, and customer service.
Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
