Job Description
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
About The Role
- We require only Male applicants for this position to join our already working female Customer Service Representatives.
- You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
- Understanding your job role is vital to our overall success and therefore we will be providing hands-on job training so you can help our customers get the desired results

Requirements

- BSc, HND, OND, NCE and other qualifications with working experience, fast learning and proactive ready-to-work attitude and ability.
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Self-motivated, delivers quality work and is proactive
- Result-driven as this is a high-performance, output environment
- Ability to self-manage and self-motivate- must be a self-starter
- Knowledge and experience in Social Media/Digital Marketing is an added advantage
- Min. Years of Experience: 1 – 5 years
- A dynamic and enthusiastic person with good written and verbal communication skills
- Persuasion and Influencing skills, strong negotiating skills
- Good work organization, time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work quickly, methodically and accurately
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Should be a resident of Lagos state, otherwise, it would be automatically be rejected
- Maximum Age limit of 30 years
