We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Nigeria (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time
Shifts Available: Morning: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Night: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to student and parent inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about courses, programs, and school services.
  • Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes.
  • Uphold the school’s commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A professional and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
