Job Title: Customer Service Specialist (Business Development Focus)

Job Summary
- We’re looking for a results-driven Customer Service Specialist to drive business growth through exceptional customer engagement, cold calling, and closing high-ticket offers.
- The ideal candidate will ensure weekly targets are met for webinars and training sessions by converting leads into paying customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold calling and lead generation to fill webinars and training sessions in collaboration with the growth marketing team.
- Convert leads into paying customers, meeting or exceeding weekly targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer tailored solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant courses to existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and product) to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a sales-driven environment.
- Proven track record of success in cold calling and closing high-ticket offers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Excel, HubSpot, Google sheets).
- Experience in EdTech or related industry (desirable).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certification in customer service or sales (e.g., CSP, CRS) is an added advantage.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is an added advantage.
Salary
N90,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
