Job Description
- As our Customer Success Specialist, you will be critical in supporting and managing the users, drivers, and operators (transport companies and fleet owners) under your account.
- You will ensure that they are maximizing the value of our platform.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned users and drivers, providing end-to-end support and resolving any queries, complaints, or feedback. When necessary, escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Organize seminars, create community groups, and engage in promotional activities to increase user engagement and satisfaction. You will be responsible for building strong, active user communities.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure your assigned users are well taken care of. Step in when customer service reps are unavailable or overloaded, ensuring no user is left unattended.
- Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, texts, chats, and visits to ensure users are satisfied, resolve their issues, and encourage them to maximize their experience.
Requirements
- BSc in a related field from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the technology or transportation industries.
- Ability to work flexible hours, attend to user queries promptly and organize events as required.
Salary
N120,000 – N200,000 / Month + Commission.
