Job Title: Customer Care Support

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

--ADVERTISEMENT--
  • Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
  • Manage appointments and handle customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as billing and client records.
  • Collaborate with the salon and spa team to provide excellent service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a salon, spa, or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
