Job Title: Customer Support Intern

Location: Ebute Metta, Lagos

Job Summary

  • As our Customer Support Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in providing outstanding customer service while supporting the customer support team.
  • You will assist in answering customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customers receive timely solutions to their concerns.
  • This internship will provide you with the opportunity to develop your communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by actively listening and empathizing with customers.
  • Offer appropriate solutions and alternatives to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree program or recent graduate in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Must be currently serving with at least 9 months to completion of NYSC
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.

Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
