Overview:

BMTX is seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Success Representative who would be responsible for handling client questions, comments, and concerns. The applicantโ€™s ultimate goal is to provide positive experiences, enhancing the relationship between BMTX and the client.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following abilities:

  • Work independently to complete tasks while maintaining a good working relationship with fellow colleagues
  • Excellent Research Skills and working knowledge of basic banking regulations
  • Superior knowledge retention and ability to apply knowledge to different avenues of the work environment

Ideal Skills

  • Minimum of 1-year BMAS system knowledge
  • Minimum of 1-year knowledge of Refund Disbursement Processes
  • SFTP File Transfer experience

Required Experience/ Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Critical Thinking Skills
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Clear written and verbal skills
