Job Title: Customer Support Staff

About the Position
- We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our customer service team in Abuja.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support in Hausa, Igbo, and Yoruba languages.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Speak fluently in Hausa, Igbo, and Yoruba languages, as well as English.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products and services.
- Translate technical terms into Hausa, Igbo, and Yoruba languages for effective communication.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams for resolution.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Hausa, Igbo, and Yoruba languages, as well as English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays, if necessary.
Salary
N50,000 – N100,000 monthly.
