Job Title: Customers Relationship Officer
Location:Â Lekki, Lagos

Job Description
- Identify prospective customers
- Lead generation and conversion
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs of product.
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
- Answer questions about the products.
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
- Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors.
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with existing customers and potential customers
- Process orders and delivery request
- Handles reconciliation and book keeping
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an OND, FSLC, or NCE qualification
- Must have 2 – 4 years experience.
