We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Administrative Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Duties and Expectations

  • Responsible for managing records and customer service.
  • Initiate, organize and schedule appointments.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of graphic design tools, social media, and wordpress.
  • Initiate publicity and social media campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Passionate about work, and ability to learn easily.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • A university or a College Degree with at least two years working experience will be an advantage.

Key Strengths

  • Previous work in an NGO or task oriented environment. (optional)
  • Previous publishing or graphic design experience.(optional)
  • Ability to work independently and represent the organization at meetings. (optional)

Schedule:

  • Work From Home Option / Remote / Virtual Options
  • Flexible Hours of work (Mon to Fridays) or (Tues to Sat) (8am to 5pm) or (10 to 7pm)
