Job Roles and Responsibilities
Content Creation and Management:
- Assisting in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.
- Managing and updating the company’s social media profiles and websites.
- Writing and editing blog posts, articles, and social media posts.
Social Media Management:
- Scheduling and publishing posts on various social media platforms.
- Monitoring social media accounts for engagement and responding to comments and messages.
- Analyzing social media metrics and preparing reports on performance.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conducting keyword research to optimize website content.
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of SEO strategies.
- Analyzing website traffic and providing recommendations for improvement.
Email Marketing:
- Assisting in the creation and scheduling of email campaigns.
- Managing email lists and ensuring compliance with email marketing best practices.
- Analyzing the performance of email campaigns and suggesting improvements.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:
- Assisting in the creation and management of PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and suggesting optimizations.
- Conducting competitive analysis and market research.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience.
- Assisting in the analysis of marketing data to identify patterns and insights.
- Preparing reports and presentations on research findings.
General Support:
- Assisting the marketing team with various administrative tasks.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and marketing meetings.
- Keeping up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: Pursuing a Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
- Creative Skills: Ability to create engaging content, basic graphic design skills, and proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
