Job Overview
- A Social Media Marketer is responsible for implementing strategies to promote a brand, products, or services across various social media platforms and websites.
- Their goal is to engage audiences, drive traffic, and increase brand awareness and sales.
Here are the key responsibilities typically associated with this role:
Strategy Implementation:
- Support in developing comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct competitive analysis and audience research to inform on best strategy
- Content Creation:
- Create engaging and high-quality content, including text posts, images, videos, and stories.
- Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely content delivery.
Platform Management:
- Manage social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
- LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
Sales:
- Conversion of leads to customer providing adequate information and follow-up.
- Engage prospects on products and services offered.
- Support Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Support in planning social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events and work to achieve set target.
- Utilize paid advertising options on social media platforms to reach a wider audience.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2+ years relevant work experience.
