About the Role
- We’re seeking a creative and strategic Digital Media & Marketing Specialist to build brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate high-quality leads.
- The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, content creation, and performance marketing — similar to leading e-commerce and lifestyle brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Create engaging multimedia content (videos, photos, and graphics) that captures attention and aligns with campaign goals.
- Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns, social media marketing, and paid ads.
- Conduct SEO optimization and use Google Analytics to track and report campaign performance.
- Carry out market research and data analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitor trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and online communities to boost visibility.
Requirements
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media strategy.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media campaign management.
- Excellent content creation and storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication abilities.
- Media or Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage.
- Early-career professionals with strong digital marketing skills are encouraged to apply.
