Job Title: Digital Platforms Associate

About the role
- We’re looking for a motivated and results-oriented Digital Platforms to lead our social media strategy, leads and customer acquisition and elevate our online presence.
- This role is a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical expertise, focusing on content creation, community engagement, paid advertising, lead generation, conversion, and feedback analysis. Your efforts will play a crucial role in strengthening our brand presence and building meaningful connections with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Content Management:
- Design and execute robust social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Develop, curate, and manage compelling content across platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Whatsapp and Slack).
- Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
- Craft engaging copy tailored to our brand voice and style.
- Build an email newsletter and grow the subscriber community
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality, on-brand marketing materials.
Community Management:
- Serve as the brand’s voice across all social platforms
- Monitor and manage all social media communications, ensuring timely responses to comments, messages, and mentions on Slack
- Foster meaningful relationships with followers and industry influencers
- Organize and coordinate activities like Webinars, AMAs (Ask me anything), Engagement Activities and Initiatives etc.
Paid Social Media Advertising:
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend effectively
- Create and optimize ad copies, visuals, and targeting strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal results
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns across paid search, display, and social media platforms.
- Develop targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
- Build and manage lead scoring systems to prioritize prospects – Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance to improve conversion rates.
- Optimize campaigns for ROI and lead quality.
- Work closely with sales teams to align lead generation efforts with sales goals.
Feedback Analysis:
- Analyse positive/negative social feedback using metrics, keyword tags/classification
- Review feedback from the community, potential users ane customers
- Craft Feedback Review and Action Reports
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media metrics and KPIs
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations
- Identify trends and insights to improve social media strategy
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
Adhoc:
- Support ad-hoc task
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, marketing
- Proven track record of growing social media audiences, engagement, and acquiring leads and customers
- Experience with paid social media advertising on major platforms
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflows
- Proficiency in social media management tools and use of AI in daily workflow.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
