Job Title: Dispatch Rider
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
Delivery and Pickup:
- Transporting items to and from specified locations while adhering to delivery schedules.
Vehicle Maintenance:
- Ensuring that their motorcycle or vehicle is in good working condition and reporting any issues.
Record Keeping:
- Maintaining accurate delivery logs and documenting any issues or delays encountered during deliveries.
Customer Service:
- Interacting with clients and ensuring that deliveries are completed satisfactorily.
Safety Compliance:
- Adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
Communication:
- Coordinating with dispatch teams and reporting on delivery statuses.
Qualifications
- Valid Rider Card and a clean driving record.
- Experience in delivery or logistics is preferred.
- Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
