Job Title: E-Commerce Manager
Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and market share.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing.
- Manage online product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and timely restocking.
- Enhance the online shopping experience by implementing best practices in UX/UI design.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales and revenue growth through effective e-commerce strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the manufacturing or retail industry.
- Proven track record of driving online sales and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Konga, Jumia) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 / Month.
