Job Description
- We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, a deep understanding of child development, and the ability to create a stimulating and nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Incorporate Islamic values and teachings into the curriculum.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in early years education.
- Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
- Familiarity with integrating Islamic teachings into the curriculum.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Strong understanding of child development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
