Job Description
- Our client is currently looking to hire a seasoned Executive Assistant to the CEO.
- He / she will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO and managing the organisation’s operations.
- This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide sophisticated calendar management for the CEO.
- Prioritize inquiries and requests to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organisation. This includes assisting with special tasks/projects, drafting and reviewing documents, reports and presentations; preparing information for meetings; drafting and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact database; and making travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to the CEO. This includes those of a highly confidential or critical nature. Prioritize and determine the appropriate course of action, referral or response.
- Work closely with the CEO to keep him well informed on all upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Anticipate the CEOs needs ahead of meetings, conferences and so on.
- Providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and other stakeholders.
- Invest in building long-lasting relationships both externally and internally.
- Other projects/duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Certifications
- University Degree.
- 3 – 4 years work experience.
- Significant executive support experience.
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with a diverse group of people, including Board members, senior executives, and staff.
- Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.
- Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little guidance.
- Ability to react with the appropriate level of urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround.
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Pay
N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
