We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location:ย Abuja
Key Responsibilitiesย
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and documents as needed, leveraging your expertise as a chartered accountant.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up on outstanding issues and projects.
- Manage office operations, including procurement of supplies and maintenance of office equipment.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion regarding sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Must be a Chartered Accountant with a valid certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting executive leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
