We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to [Executive/Subsidaiary} and is responsible for managing schedules, facilitating communication, and coordinating projects. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to enhance the executive’s effectiveness and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and prioritize meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming communications and act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to the executive.

Travel Arrangements:

  • Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare travel expense reports and manage related budgets.

Meeting Management:

  • Organize and prepare agendas for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure all meeting materials are prepared and distributed in advance.

Confidentiality and Discretion:

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.

Skills and Qualifications
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an executive assistant
  • Proven track record of supporting senior executives.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

Organizational Skills:

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.

Adaptability:

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
