Job Summary
- As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the Director of Business Development on a one-to-one basis, assisting him to make the best use of his time by efficiently dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks related to business matters only.
- In his absence, the Executive Assistant will act as the first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization.
Responsibilities
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and schedules to ensure the best use of time.
- Organizing and attending meetings (where appropriate) and ensuring the Director is well prepared for meetings / events taking place in the coming week and updating them if changes are made e.g., providing diary printouts, reports and files for meetings, scheduling time to prepare.
- Managing incoming emails and posts; responding on behalf of the Director and ensuring that he is kept appraised at all times.
- Liaison with clients, suppliers, staff as appropriate being respectful of the organization’s structure and limits of Authority.
- Acting as gatekeeper for the Director of Business Development – filtering enquiries, maximizing their time and directing incoming communications to the most appropriate person.

Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Business Admin, Management, Secretarial studies, or related field
- 3- 5 years’ experience in Personal/Executive Assistant role
- Advanced level user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Salary
N300,000 / Month.
