Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Bodija, Ibadan – Oyo
Employment Type: Part-time, Hybrid
Work Mode: 70% Remote and 30% Onsite
Job Brief
- We are looking for an Executive assistant who will be responsible to plays a vital role in maintaining company’s smooth workflow.
Responsibilities
- Create content for Owner’s social media
- Handle social media and community management.
- Compose compelling sale copies and articles.
- Attend daily meetings to execute and monitor associated projects.
- Represent and accompany project leads at virtual and physical meetings/occasions.
- Be a personal assistant and Secretary to project lead.
Requirements
- B.Sc / B.A / B.Ed. In any relevant field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proximity to the location is an added advantage.
Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 / month.
