Job Description
By superior client service, the incumbents will meet our clients’ property/real estate needs by:
- Carrying out property sales and leases
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of rental properties, including tenant management, rent collection, and property maintenance
- Carrying out property valuations and appraisals for various purposes
- Ensuring buildings and facilities are well-maintained, safe, and conducive for effective operations
- Handling related estate management issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a BSc in Estate Management.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools
- Technical knowledge of the real estate market
- Knowledge of property valuation techniques
- Resourcefulness
- Self-driven
- Passionate about the job and professionalism.
