Job Title: Facility Officer

Job Summary
- The Facility Officer is responsible for maintaining the overall functionality, safety, and cleanliness of all Beaconhill Smile Group facilities.
- This includes performing routine maintenance and repairs related to electricity, plumbing, air conditioning (AC), and general infrastructure.
- The role demands a hands-on, proactive individual who ensures that the clinic environment remains operational, safe, and presentable for patients, staff, and visitors at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Repairs:
- Perform basic electrical tasks including replacing light fixtures, outlets, switches, and troubleshooting power issues.
- Carry out minor plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and maintaining washroom facilities.
- Service and troubleshoot air conditioning units, ensuring optimal climate control in clinic areas.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns or hazards.
Facility Upkeep:
- Ensure all equipment, fixtures, and fittings are in good working condition across all clinic locations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests or incidents to minimize disruption to clinical operations.
- Coordinate with external technicians or vendors for specialized repairs when necessary.
- Monitor and manage utility usage to support cost-effective operations.
Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure that maintenance practices adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Identify potential hazards and address them proactively.
- Maintain records of repairs, service reports, and equipment warranties.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 – 5 years work experience.
