We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Facility Technician
Location: Lagos
Responsiblities
- Performs monthly facility maintenance and life safety audits
- Respond to building and equipment alarms and emergency situations
- Performs all the preventive maintenance work necessary to keep the equipment and machinery running according to standards
- Maintain overall facility and associated facility equipment
- Understand and oversee the operation of the facility’s HVAC System, initiate maintenance and repair work and participate in fundamental repairs
- Support and direct the work of facility and equipment contractors.
- Must be able to take and keep records.
- Must be able to work night shift and weekends.
Requirements
- Must have over 1 year of experience in the role.
- Must have an educational background to the related field (Technician)
- Must be able to communicate well.
- Be able to read and write.
- Must reside around Lekki-Ajah axis.
Salary
- N50,000 – N100,000 / Month.
