We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Factory Manager
Location: Ajao estate, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Work closely with other department to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor production metrics and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve production processes and reduce costs.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are stored and handled properly.
Requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 / Month.
