We are a reputable Hospitality Company that consists of 8 units of 2 bedrooms apartments and 6 units of studio apartments within Omole Estate Phase 1. The hotel offering includes the 12-seater conference room and the Guest only bar.

Full Job Description

  • We are seeking an energetic Female General Manager to take the Business forward.
  • We are looking for an established or determined manager with a background in independent hotels or short let apartment lettings who will inspire and develop the team to deliver exceptional service to our customers and drive sales.
  • This is a hands-on role and will need an individual who will build a winning team, train them, develop them and get the best out of people we have.
  • This is not an office-based role and will be a lead by example person who we will need.
  • The successful candidate will report directly to the business owner and will have full commercial accountability for budgeting and financial management as well as the day-to-day management of the Property.
  • The hotel is a small operation so you will apply your commercial acumen to grow sales by maximising all aspects of the Hotel facilities, managing the budget well is crucial and working with tight labour is significantly important.
  • Our ideal candidate will have a meticulous attention to detail, setting high standards of presentation to exceed guest expectations.
  • This is a wonderful opportunity for a General Manager to take the hotel through the next chapter in its journey.
  • Experience of events planning or management or Hotel is a must and the ability to project manage refurbishments programmes would be an advantage as we might be looking for a growth in and around Lagos State.

Requirements

  • Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience: Hotel, Events Planner or Accommodations: 3 years (required).

Salary
N300,000 – N500,000 monthly.
