Job Title: Field Officer
Location: Abuja
Position Overview
- The Field Officer will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring smooth payment processes, supporting patients with payment-related inquiries, and reconciling daily sales with stock. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to resolve any operational issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive payments for purchases and verify them on the portal, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.
- Provide payment process support for patients, addressing their inquiries and guiding them through payment-related issues.
- Reconcile daily sales with stock to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure financial integrity.
- Support and liaise with the Pharmacy department to resolve any operational issues that may arise, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a similar role or environment (healthcare or finance) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
N50,000 – N100,000 monthly.
