Job Title: Field Sales Representative
Locations: Victoria Island, Lagos and Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas by consistently closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to provide customers with relevant insights and solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in the FMCG sector is compulsory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of customers.
- Result-driven mindset, with a commitment to achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Practical knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and customer relationship management.
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately record customers’ interactions and sales activities.
- Keen interest in conducting research to understand customers’ needs and industry trends.
- A passion for building and nurturing relationships with customers to drive long-term business growth.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 per month.
