Job Title: Flight Dispatch Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor catering logistics for departing and arriving flights
- Ensure timely and accurate loading of catering supplies onto aircraft
- Liaise with airline representatives, ground handling teams, and catering staff to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct pre-flight checks to confirm orders align with airline requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation and flight catering records
- Adhere to all aviation safety and security regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in flight dispatch or aviation-related logistics
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of airport operations and aviation safety procedures is an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
