We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk / Admin Assistant

Location: Area 2 – Garki, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Act as first line of contact to employees and client visiting the office.
  • Responsible for providing administrative support to other department in the organization.
  • Responsible for provision of good working environment for other employees to discharge their duties.
  • Petty cash account maintenance and and request for reimbursement in due time.
  • Manages a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Office supplies stock management and placement for restock when necessary.
  • Requesting new office equipment and repairs on the existing equipment.
  • Maintaining the company’s calendar and scheduling appointment. Making travel arrangements including flight booking and accommodation.
  • Distributing, storing correspondence and responding to queries by employees and clients.
  • Keeps proper record of the company’s non-current asset, including accounting for depreciation of asset.
  • Follow up with signatories for approval for payment.
  • Keep expenses supporting documents and payment vouchers.
  • Ensures compliance of records with the accounting standards and regulations.
  • General office administration (facility and pool management, procurement and resource allocation).
  • Other duties consistent with the role from time to time.

Qualifications

  • OND in business administration or other related courses with relevant work experience.
  • Good interpersonal relationship
  • Effective communication skills.

Salary
N100,000 per month.
