We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of the petrol filling station, LPG refilling plant, supermarket, and retail sales services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and direct queries to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
  • Oversee cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area.
  • Handle scheduling, visitor logs, and communication with vendors and partners.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or petroleum operations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.
