Job Description
- We are looking for a professional Front Desk Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth flow of administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
- Manage office supplies and handle deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure security procedures are followed for visitor access.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in a relevant field.
- 2 – 4 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Salary
N190,000 monthly Gross.
