Job Description

  • We are looking for a professional Front Desk Officer to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth flow of administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
  • Manage office supplies and handle deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure security procedures are followed for visitor access.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in a relevant field.
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Salary
N190,000 monthly Gross.
